At our Transformation Crossroads event in February of 2008, Sparks Christian Church pastor Steve Wren wrote the following skits to illustrate some of the challenges we face as we seek transformation. HELPFUL HINTS for starting a transformation team in your congregation.

• Looking for a working identity for your congregation's transformation team?  Here's a possibility compiled by the regional transformation team's Bill Garrett.  It highlights qualities to look for in a group leading transformation.

TRANSFORMATION RESOURCES. This section of the website will be updated regularly with resources for congregations to use. Here are some resources available now:

• Transformation Skit - This contribution from FCC Merced was the hit of the Transformation Summit and might be a great way to kick off a season of transformation in your congregation, too!

• Another Transformation Skit from FCC Merced.  Pastor Dave Humpal said the youth did this one last year to lots of laughs from the congregation (some of whom have dyed their hair pink as a result).
