PROPOSED BY-LAWS UNANAMOUSLY AFFIRMED BY THE REGIONAL BOARD
Three years ago the Regional Board appointed a committee to amend the By-laws originally written in 1980. After three years of work and a great deal of input from dozens of people throughout the Region entirely new By-laws were submitted to the Board. These were discussed at length at the June and October 2009 Board meetings. At the most recent Regional Board meeting on February 20, 2010, these new By-laws were unanimously approved to be submitted to the House of Representatives for consideration at the Annual Meeting April 23-25. There will be a workshop for discussion and Q&A at Asilomar prior to the afternoon business meeting of the House of Representatives.
